Royal Gorge has retained Hart Howerton Land Planners www.harthowerton.com to design a low impact trailside resort community, with 950 cabins and homes on approximately 3000 acres, the resort will reserve over 2500 acres in permanent open space. All cabins and homes will be ski in and ski out with Royal Gorge Ski Area and in the spring, summer and fall will have trail connections to thousands of acres of pristine National forest for hiking, camping and fishing.
