Kirk Syme
Kirk has 33 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 1995 he founded Woodstock Development Inc. a company that develops, owns and manages commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as residential and resort properties in northern California. He oversees all of the company's operations, which include property acquisition and development, property management and asset management. The company currently owns and or manages nearly 1,500,000 square feet of office space and research and development space and has more than 75 tenants. Prior to founding Woodstock Development, Kirk was a vice president of CB Commercial Real Estate Group’s San Francisco Peninsula office for 15 years. Kirk is a graduate of Santa Clara University and is currently on the Board of Regents there. He is also on the board of Directors at Borel Private Bank and Trust and is past Board Chair at Family Service Agency of San Mateo County. Kirk is married and has five grown children and resides in Hillsborough, CA and Incline Village, NV.

Lisa joined Woodstock Development in May of 2003. With over 20 years of real estate and property management experience. Lisa oversees property management and office administration for the company.
