Kirk has 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1995 he founded Woodstock Development Inc. Prior to 1995, Kirk was a vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE). Kirk oversees all of Woodstock Development’s operations, including Corporate Services, Acquisitions and Development, Property Management and Asset Management. Kirk is a graduate of Santa Clara University and former Chair of the Board of Regents and a Trustee. Kirk is a past Director of Borel Private Bank & Trust where he chaired the Directors Loan Committee. Kirk is also past Board Chair of Peninsula Family Service in San Mateo and remains on their Board as an Honorary Life member.
Kirk was born and raised in San Francisco and attended St Ignatius College Prep. He currently resides in Hillsborough (suburb of San Francisco) with his wife. They have 5 grown children.
William has 10 years of commercial real estate experience as a broker, asset manager, developer, and investor in office, industrial, medical, and retail properties. William works on select projects as a partner with Woodstock Development, Inc. William was previously a broker in the Peninsula office of BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he worked with several Bay Area based landlords and tenants in the leasing and disposition of office and R&D projects. William attended St. Ignatius College Prep and graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. William is married and has one daughter.
Robert works with Kirk sourcing new acquisitions for Woodstock Development and leads the project management team. Prior to Woodstock Development, Robert worked for Cushman & Wakefield where he advised both tenants and landlords on the leasing and sale of Office and R&D properties.
Robert attended Bellermine College Prep and graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in History. He resides in San Mateo with his wife and son.
Andres serves in an advisory capacity to Woodstock with particular focus on entitlements and land use as well as acquisition and leasing. Andres began his career at a global law firm focusing on financial services and representing large institutional lenders. He served as a law clerk to Judge Gill S. Freeman of the 11th Judicial Circuit. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Bay Area Council and stays involved with his alma maters, St Ignatius College Prep and the University of San Diego. Andres lives in San Mateo with his wife and two children.
